Outlook For Web (Browser Version)
- Download your signature from the link above.
*If your signature is missing or incorrect, contact Nathan or the Brand Team - Open the Email Signature HTML file in your web browser by double clicking the file (or right click > open with > web browser eg. Chrome)
- Copy the entire signature.
Press CTRL + A (Command + A for Mac) to highlight the signature, then press CTRL C (Command + C for Mac) to copy the signature.
*Important: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Ctrl + A (or Command + A) as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code. - Login to your Office 365 mail account.
- On the top right of your screen, click the Settings (gear) icon, then select “View all Outlook settings”.
- Select “Compose and reply”.
- Paste your email signature into the email signature settings box
Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac).
This should save automatically. - Pro Tip - You can manually select the phone number or email address and loose the blue underline that Outlook automatically adds. Highlight the phone number/email address and press Ctrl + U (Command + U for Mac) twice.
- Click out of the box and select “New Message”. Your signature should now be added at the bottom of the email.
- Test with a team member before using with the outside world

- Select "New Message"
- Select Signature > Manage Signatures at the top of message window.
- Select +
- Delete any text
- Paste new signature - Control + V (Command + V for Mac)
- Click the disc icon at top of window to save the signature.
- Still in your signatures window - Assign the signature to your email account, and also your preferences for using with with new messages and replies/forwards.
*Some people prefer a simple text signature fore replies to save file space. You can easily just copy parts of your full signature and paste in a new signature (+).

- Open the signature HTML file in your web browser app from your iPhone. (Alternatively you can send yourself an email with the new signature included and copy from there).
- Tap on the email signature and hold down. A tooltip will open with formatting options, select Select All.
- Once the signature is selected, select Copy
- Go to Settings > Mail, then scroll down and select Signature.
- Select either All Accounts or Per Account, whatever is preferred, then tap and hold in the field below.
- Select the Paste option to insert your copied email signature.
- You will notice that your email signature isn't quite displaying correctly. Shake your device side to side until a text box opens prompting to undo changes. Tap Undo and you'll see your signature's formatting is corrected and displays as intended.
- Close out of your settings and compose a new email. You should see that your email signature is automatically added to the end of your email.
