1. Select the HIRE tab – Under the subheading OFF HIRE select CONTRACT
   
   
   
2. Contract number 3728. If you don’t know the contract number, you can look in fleet list at what machine is being off hired in show details and looks under the tab contracts.
   
   
   
   
3. Pick the depot - VI Rental – Perth
   
   
   
   
4. Off hire DATE (6/3/2020) and TIME (1500)
   
   
   
   
5. Select METER and TYPE in the meter reading from the Chekrite report (below). Meter 2742 hours.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Check the PRICING and HIRE INSURANCE
   
   
   
   
7. If the pricing is correct click CONFIRM. Change the fleet sheet.
   
   
   
   
8. Email Kevin the off-hire details
