# Parts Enquiries

Please fill out the parts form attached and create a ticket on Hubspot Parts for any enquiries.

The more information you provide and ask the customer the faster we can get the enquiry back. Ie. For gensets do not just ask for the model, but get the machine SN along with the SN of the part it is for, such as for the engine get the Engine SN, Alternator will need the alternator SN.

For fleet machines you can get the Fleet number along with the information above.

Upload the form to the ticket and someone will reply within the allocated time frame
