How to Submit PO
- Open Viking Knowledge Base
- Click PO submission link - this will open an Asana form
- Fill in the necessary information
- Name, Job Type, Branch, PO date
- The committed date refers to the date when the equipment is needed on-site.
- Link to Hubspot refers to the link of the deal in Hubspot. To find this link, open Hubspot > Sales > Deals > <search for deal name> then copy the URL and paste in the corresponding field. If the deal doesn’t exist, create the deal using Proposify.
- Enter the Total PO/Contract value (GST excluded)
- Fill in the remaining fields.
- You can add any additional information e.g. Contract value is GST excluded, etc..
- Submit
- You can then see the PO in Asana’s Purchase Order Register
- Attach the handover document if prepared.
